Belly Dance Class Schedule

 

 

 

 Basic Belly Dance Technique

Mixed level - beginner to advanced beginner belly dance

Note:  This class in on hold indefinitely

This class will be focused more for the beginner and will cover basic isolations including hip and ribcage movements, shimmies, beginning veil and beginning traveling steps and combinations .  More advanced content will be added as the class progresses.  

CLASS STRUCTURE

Each class begins with a walking warm-up exercise followed by a grounding stretch

The body of the class will consist of learning between 2-4 basic movements or isolations, and then  we put those movements into a dance combination.

We close the class with a brief guided meditation.

Group Performance class

Teacher permission required for this class

We will work on old and new group choreography.  There will be optional class homework assignments.

Sundays 10 - 11:30 am

March 29 - May 24

9 weeks - $135

    

     

Payment & Registration for classes

 

  • Payment for classes can be cash or check at the first class of the session.

 

  • I cannot take credit card payments in class.

 

  • Cash and check payments are non-refundable, but I will give you $$ credit for any missed classes to be used toward future classes (expires one year from purchase)

  • You can register for class by contacting me.

  • Paypal or Venmo payments can be arranged.
